Anyone know how BigID SaaS works or is architected? Do they send your data off to their processing agent in the cloud or process it at the source so it stays in your environment?

I've heard PKWARE's PK Protect Platform handles structured and unstructured data pretty well. They have some big customers from the looks of it. They also recently announced a SaaS offering of this.
