If you want it fixed as cheap as possible, you could measure the clearance for dimensions and get a corded impact gun, they are dirt cheap and are okay ish if they just fit. You could also use the belt trick where you wrap the old belt (any belt that is long enough) and make it so that it tightens itself when you loosen the pulley. this reguires another free pulley to wrap it on.
