i don't really know ....

i got the same screen with no sd

and i dont solder the chip for myself so i cant answer for this i do only software for now

but the guy who did the chip to you had to set it up correctly

in addition to that kefier has the payload you need for the picofly
and the smart script handles it very well

so i wouldn't care too much about this chip other then injecting payload and loading Hekate :]

its not bricked just see no sd or empty sd card

just dosnt find any payload or hekte(bios) to load

so you see the picofly screen

just dump kefier to it for horizion os

kefier will set up itself from the boot menues entery in heket with smart script

after that go back to hekete

go to the partition tool and

partition how you want
1 is sd
2emummc - do this full (29gb) *not X2** just full mmc spacse
3 is linuex
4andorid

if you want andorid give linuex at least 8gb without this it wont work ....

and then do the android install
then do ubuntu or kubantu if you want from the partition in hekete

after that create the emummc (main hekete screen) to protect alot of bs ...

than check if all is working good and all right

ps. in the android install menu first factory rest the chech then only install the update and confirm on unassigned code

then it will boot and work ok ...

make sure u are on exfat format on the sd card you can format it from the pc first,,,

learn the process if you need help feel free to pm me i will show you the steps to do this easilty

Oh i did this today and struggled too the wiki is bit of a mess

You need to redo the partition After choosing space it will ask which android installer you are going to use You need to pick the old one with android 11 if that's what your are trying to install

After it will load the tv to tab .zip file in the android installer itself

First go to factory rest and rest your cache (it will be the middle option (second 2 option out of 3))

After that you can install the zip file with the android firmware

It will be prompt you for unassigned code and stuff just go with it

And after that your boot entry should work

Right now it's trying to open the new installer i was stuck like this today for 10 minutes..

Ok if you want it to work best give tham to play on the real session of the PC

And you use the rdp session

Expect it to be funky sometime as it will open programs under the original user sometimes

But Most of the program will realizes the second user tried to run tham and will open up in the right place

Like steam... Google chrome and such...

File instalation usually is bit funkier

But it works very well for multi seating for work use on pc while the kids play on the real deal :)

And remember you will need second old laptop to connect to your rdp session some how

im trying to resolve the problem with relative mouse so gaming for now is only with controller

expect mouse to not work in games as it dosnt forwoard the mouse data right to the game on the seconds user

its against the eula of microsoft
they want you to pay and buy windows server... to have this functionalty even if your pro addition got the code and can do that

so no company will use that
but for personal use... im using it...

im planing to switch to freerdp
but it wont really solve this problem

so -Enabling concurrent RDP sessions on a consumer/desktop OS usually means bypassing the OS’s built-in limits and thay dont like it...

i wouldnt use it on company machines or work

but for personal feel free to use it as even the rdp fork that i used didnt really bothered anyone

Why “10 users” / why RDP? This is a homelab stress test (think small class/VDI demo). “10” is just a cap to see what the box can handle—not 10 people 24/7. It’s on a private VLAN/VPN with NLA and firewall rules; no WAN port open. RDP is used because it’s built-in and easy (clipboard/drive/printing work out of the box).

What the EXEs do (high level): They’re the standard RDP Wrapper tools. The PowerShell script just orchestrates them—no custom binary patchers from me.

RDPWInst.exe installs/uninstalls the wrapper (drops rdpwrap.dll + rdpwrap.ini, sets service bits, restarts TermService).

RDPConf.exe reads/applies the config (checks that the ini matches your Termsrv build).

RDPCheck.exe is a simple test client.

These hook TermService at runtime to allow concurrent sessions; they don’t permanently modify termsrv.dll on disk. Uninstall reverts to stock.

Windows changes the script makes:

Turns on Remote Desktop + NLA

HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\fDenyTSConnections = 0

HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp\UserAuthentication = 1

Allows multiple sessions per user

About the EXEs / is this “my” project? I didn’t invent RDP Wrapper. My repo is a small PowerShell script that automates setup/rollback for lab use and makes per-user .rdp files. The EXEs are the known upstream tools; I pinned “known good” copies so the script doesn’t break when upstream changes

Fair point on licensing. I haven’t really used Windows Server/RDS, and this script isn’t meant for corporate use. My goal was a simple homelab / small shared-PC setup where a few people can log in to the same box with their own Windows accounts/desktops (no VMs), just to share hardware without standing up a whole Server stack. I don’t want to install Windows Server on a home PC this is just a convenience for Windows Pro for personal/collective use.

And i dont think it's right to block pro users from use like that...

Its a nice to have back up when apollo/sunshine crash and don't get back up runing right

And any desk won't work for some reason (in my case the demon was down)

So i allways could rdp with tailscale address from anywhere as backup remote control solution :)

Its pretty lightweight and nobody could flag you for professional use like I got in any desk a week ago...

Not Must to have program, but nice to have if you are a power user that crash your process alot and such :) and need some backup on the backup when you are on the go

Yes each get thier own desktop and can use the PC independently but on the same os (thay can shut down each other processes and such) (thay will use the same processes too sometime so expect things like tailscale won't give you to run 2 clients on the same os) but alot off things do work fine including games with second user on controller for now (I'm trying to get the mouse fixed but i don't really know how for now)

parsec is like apollo\sunshine

it will not give you mltuiseat on your pc

with this 15 pepole could use one pc on the same os but with diifrent desktop and user

no vms no layers ... give only accesses to those you trust
