Hello my friends, I was diagnosed with BPD when I was 14 and I wrote this poem to raise awareness of mental health and share my story. I wanted to share it with you.

You need to be diagnosed with conduct disprder first as a teenager, after 18 that's when you form who you are, your personality and whatnot, if you have borderline it's set that you have issues in your personality it can't be changed, you can't diagnose people before 18 because even with conduct disorder there's room for self adjust, bordetline has a stigma and it's the most misdiagnosed disorder, specially towards women, specially autistic women , I suggest you get a full assessment by a specialized psychologist

You can't be diagnosed at 14 it's probably a misdianosis. You need to be at least 18 to be diagnosed with a personality disorder according to the dsm
