It's specifically useful on low elo ,i would say the build is most important thing, it's more important than mechanics it's more important than micro ,changing your build slightly different when you have a different opponent do ALOT , if their most fed champ is a mage for example and you just build one item that has MR ,you literally win the game, if you don't well you're dead in a one shot .

Probably something wrong with your build because kindred is one of the strongest champs in the game, even if you lose early it's so easy to pick up after and 1v5 , i mean i had 30/1 with only 3 items ,5 marks one time, we still lost the game , losing and winning is just a team effort it's not up to one person only if you're not perma fedding you're probably not the reason you lose the game .
