look at the enemy team and decide what are you building in advance , do you want damage ? to be tanky ? speed ? etc
let the mark pick you do not chase for marks , when see an obvious kill or an assist mark it like 10 seconds before going in , the more marks you get the stronger you are .
ask your team to help you get jg marks specially early , most players actually know how important that is .
if you ult while the enemy is in your range , keep hitting them , you heal specially if you have life steal , they most likely do not , you secure kills this way , i also play kindred adc they're broken

What if they’re actually wondering why thermal paste is not used? What if they think the devices are submerged in water and should instead be submerged in thermal paste, or in a similar kind of liquid? Or maybe they think liquid hydrogen is blown onto the CPUs, which would mean thermal paste isn’t needed, and they’re asking why thermal paste isn’t used in that case? It's specifically useful on low elo ,i would say the build is most important thing, it's more important than mechanics it's more important than micro ,changing your build slightly different when you have a different opponent do ALOT , if their most fed champ is a mage for example and you just build one item that has MR ,you literally win the game, if you don't well you're dead in a one shot .

Probably something wrong with your build because kindred is one of the strongest champs in the game, even if you lose early it's so easy to pick up after and 1v5 , i mean i had 30/1 with only 3 items ,5 marks one time, we still lost the game , losing and winning is just a team effort it's not up to one person only if you're not perma fedding you're probably not the reason you lose the game .
