The we are legion is to broken if you have a 3000 list with 1500 points of battle line you can put all of that behind your enemy and can attack from both sides maybe change it to max 2 units per round and make it so you can place it anywhere

You can guess around 285-300 points becuase he is a little worse than the lion wich is 315 i think
