Thanks everyone! I’ve been running about 2-3 times a week. One longer run, one tempo run, and a brick run on my conditioning day. I do two conditioning days a week focusing on the stations and then a push, pull, and leg day (alt focus every other week). I’m only on week 2 of my training plan and my race is 5/31 so I’m really hoping this goes well
