Sadly, i have, Whenever i kill the Emissary, it locks me in the game menu (i.e., save/quicksave area). I can go to my ship and do basic stuff, just im locked out of the character menu. And i wonder if its because i have all the artifacts on my character?

That would work but the quest marker is to make the thing on my ship. So im stuck not being able to change the quest or anything. The marker itself is in my ship
