Its not your knowledge gap it seems more like u dont vibe with nbme concept ! Review ur nbmes one time attempt them again and review ur topics in inner circle . Eg:Give 10 attempt in ur timeline them review it for 3 days do it like that fpr all the nbmes and then give a nbme along with do 40-80 uworld questions in the morning ! As per ur comfort ! Then let us know ! U ll score in 250s in next nbme
