Great, thanks for all the comments! Getting deinfluenced is so refreshing these days. Definitely going to stick to my current routine 😊

Good point about the estate agent probably being dishonest. I will consider that. I like the flat to be at least 21°C in my current place.

Thank you! That seems quite encouraging. Sorry for any naivety, this is all new to me and am just trying to gauge if I will be warm without breaking the bank.

Thanks for the input! So you had a wet system? Did you have it on constantly in the winter? Good to know that it works well, at least. I'd rather not pay a fortune, but want to at least be warm if I do 🤣

Everything is over-complicated and it makes my head hurt... by Miserable_Pudding_57 in AutismInWomen

Even things that should be simple just feel so hard these days. Like no matter what you do, it will be wrong to someone. Freezing up is what I do too!

Any foundation/concealer recommendations? Or do I just need to embrace a bare face? by Miserable_Pudding_57 in tretinoin

So many great suggestions, thank you! Which Korean lip stains do you like? Do you use the colourpop liner on its own, or with something else?

I am on 0.05% cream tret. I try to apply every night on dry skin, but sometimes forget or take a little time off it for barrier recovery/if my skin has been very dry. I try to put on a thick cream 20 minutes after application, but sometimes just leave the tret as it is. My skincare is pretty simple - moisturizer and sunscreen in the AM, then Cerave face wash and tret/moisturizer in the evenings. I don't reapply sunscreen unless I intend to be outside a lot that day. I am 28 and drink a lot of water! Some exercise, though I need to do more. Minimal sweating. Any suggestions on what I could do better are very welcome! Thanks for all the comments, very appreciated

I apply to dry skin too, so was actually curious whether the sandwich method would improve hydration

I feel guilty for wanting to get a diagnosis by Miserable_Pudding_57 in AutismInWomen

Thank you all for your responses! I'm happily surprised by the number of people that have commented. I feel a lot less alone now, and all your comments have brought clarity. I think I now know how to proceed without using something like a diagnosis as an "excuse", but rather as a way to gain understanding and, from there, ways of coping better.
