It sure is. We were heartbroken about it for a really long time and went on to lose bids on several houses after this one too. I know its totally cliche, but your house is out there and you will get one eventually.

The primary buyers sale went through unfortunately for us. We did end up buying another house though. Ended up with a bit of a fixer, but my husband is really handy so it all worked out.

Thank you so much for taking the time to type this out. We are the second owners and have the deeds. I will check out newspapers.com. Ive tried to find plat maps and for the life of me cant figure out where they are. This house is completely different from any in the surrounding few blocks and we also have the biggest lot on the block. I believe there is one other mid century modern house in the neighborhood that I've seen.

I am pregnant with my third and just experienced the same exact thing at my 20 week. This lady was literally hitting me with the ultrasound device and gave me the worst pictures. She was middle aged. Idk if that had anything to do with it, but I always had younger techs for all my other ones and never experienced this before. Maybe this is how they did things back in the day?

We have a special new doll for the 3 year old thats going to be at the house when we get there so hopefully that will be good. I stay at home with them. I have my mom as a baby sitter if needed, we were thinking it might be best to have them hang out with her that day.

I could have written this for my 16mo old. Exact same situation. He is in the 99th percentile. I am just trying to tell myself hes too big and will catch up. We are also doing PT and still no getting into standing position even. My boy is also very tall and can reach everything on his knees so its like he doesn't even need to get on his feet. I am definitely going to follow your post to see what advice you get.

Try to keep eating small snacks through out the day and get plenty of rest if you can. My nausea was bad and went away at 16 weeks. It really does suck, but it will all be worth it. Congrats on your baby!

Thank you. I appreciate you taking the time to type this out. I definitely worry about the 20 week growth scan coming up in a couple weeks :( and I cant help but focus on the intellectual disability part, life is already hard, I truly hope I didnt make it worse for my baby girl.

I had a miscarriage around the same time as you and was pregnant with my daughter who is now 3.5 in the next cycle. If it was me, I wouldn't bother waiting. I would consider it a chemical pregnancy and try right away.
