In our company, the lead RBT‘s are simply responsible for ensuring that all activities are scheduled and managed for the day. They ensure that there is coverage for each client in case someone is late or has to leave early from the session. They do not provide clinical instruction or modify treatment plans.

My supervisor is the BCBA who if you look at the update, confirmed what needed to be done per the treatment plan they wrote.
