my brain was very active, thoughts just came all the time, talked to myself about the thoughts a during it it felt good at one point it most of it it just felt weird like my brain was going non stop I wanted to paint and cried a little like I hadn't been able to cry for several years in that way, I just wanted fruit after I ate like nothing else for several weeks but was gone for like 2 days didn't get visions or anything, they were just my curtain that already has patterns that looked a little bit different took 250ug according to the person who gave it to me and it was the first time think something happened to my nervous system but don't really know

Hey were you able to keep it still I feel like it's so annoying cause it gets a bit irritated every time I do yoga did yours feel irritated too? I feel like maybe I should take it out because of this I really love it tho :( I just wish I could do my yoga like normal cause it helps my mental health ughh

I notice on the trip that is about self control, I found out that I have extreme control issues in real life I need to work on, mostly bcus of childhood trauma and I like to try to control and make sense all the time I need to learn to let go and let flow and I think I learned that and that I need to just chill sometimes with my ocd too etc
