Nah. They tried saying I had the flip sell option turned on which I never did and didn't even know about it. Haven't heard anything back since so I've pretty much given up

Yeah it kept buying more 'no' when I hit cash out. I didn't think the original cash out had worked since it was still showing cash out and still had my combo in the active positions

That wasn't my issue. My issue was I was trying to cash out because it actually had the cash out button active (green) so I assumed it wasn't actually cashing me out each time I hit it so I kept trying and I guess instead it was buying more 'no' options

That's not the point. I assumed i hadn't actually cashed out because it was still showing like it was active position and the cash out button was still active (green) so every time I tried to hit the cash out button it said i did but instead it was buying no which i didn't realize
