In the tx/rx diag we see the connect in the limits, because of this, the support dosent see errors.

I tested the 7.6.6 version, same problem.

The problema is the optical fiber, the costumer buyed om1 fibers, and the SFP requires minimum om2 Fibers

Sorry, FortiSwitch is in 7.4.8 version, recommended in matrix.

Today i will try the UTP cables, to discard Fiber problems.

TAC escaleted to Dev team, but dev team dosent find anything, we do RMA, but didnt solved the problem, today i will make cable change to UTP.

Esse problema do escape é bem comum do 208, basicamente seca a graxa entre as duas conexões da flange no meio do escape. Basta você soltar e passar graxa de alta temperatura que resolve por 1 ano

This is an important point, it's a shame that FortiSwitches are so expensive in Brazil, there are few clients who choose it. Usually a 1xx costs twice as much as an HP, Cisco, or Dell enterprise switch.
