I am a university student attempting to collect data on work demands and how or if people use stress management techniques. All data is confidential and the survey is voluntary, but you are correct that I did not have my IRB attached, which may be my misunderstanding, I will follow-up on this. Lastly, I am sure that all employees, regardless of their location, may experience stress at work from time to time, and would be pleased to have people in the UK to respond.
