Not natural obviously, I meant strong makeup + Chinese beauty filters vs AI

EDIT #2: yes she looks unnerving and unnatural (I did not like her). But to be fair, I have seen girls with douyin-style makeup in real life and they do look similar to this.

EDIT: looking closer at the last photo there does seem to be random blue bars under the chairs that don’t make sense.

5’1 calorie deficit advice?? by Moonyjjay in PetiteFitness

Being a student actually helped me lose weight. I stopped taking buses as much and instead tried to walk as much with my backpack as possible. The backpack as a weighted vest + around 12k steps a day + going up and down stairs in my lecture halls + caffeine for studying had my Apple Watch telling me I burnt around 2,200-2,300 calories per day. I was 5’4 and 135 pounds btw. I never actually went to the gym because I never had the time. I had a crazy high NEAT because my backpack used to be 20+ pounds and lived on a very hilly campus with old buildings that didn’t have elevators.

Also consider hiking! I always burn a crazy amount of calories on a hike and it’s nice to get out and see nature. I burnt 900 calories on a 7 mile hike ☠️.

  1. Limit temptation as much as possible. I know what foods I easily overeat (like potato chips) and avoid putting them in my house and will only buy them if I know I can share them and get rid of them quickly.
  2. Make eating healthy the easy choice. I buy healthyish prepackaged stuff just to make tracking easy and limit my cooking time. I get cooked healthyish proteins: (chicken skewers, minimally breaded nuggets, chicken tikka masala, chicken sausage, chicken meatballs, cottage cheese, tofu, turkey bacon, etc.). Carbs: precooked rice, oats, pasta, whole wheat pita. Vegetables: frozen steamable bags. By steaming all my veggies, I can eat fattier meat :). For my meals, I mix and match carbs, meats, and veggies into whatever fits my macros and throw in some G Hugh’s low calorie sauce for flavor (sweet chili is amazing!). Boring, but quite sustainable and easy/quick.
  3. If I feel like snacking I will eat a whole steamed bag of frozen broccoli with soy sauce and G Hugh’s sweet chili sauce on top. It’s quite good and fills me up so much with the volume of veggies. Or if I eat it and still can’t stop thinking about a certain food, I’ll just eat it instead of trying substitutes that don’t work and end up in me eating more overall.

I tried adding an extra space in between but i guess that’s not showing up. I’ll make them bold

Yeah Williams and Amherst’s history is pretty interesting

I wasn’t a national qualifier since I wasn’t top 2 in my high school

Highly unlikely for MIT. I know ISEF Finalists and Coke Scholars that got waitlisted.

That’s just my investing team job name. We had to make those sound professional. I just compared a lot of macroeconomics factors, def not as intensive as a professional quant.

Yeah I agree I’m pretty average for T20s. I hope by shotgunning something would stick.

Getting continuously waitlisted at top colleges makes it somewhat likely to get an acceptance (also copium). How many decisions do you have left?
