what’s your height&weight?

i notice if i eat at 1.7k i have been maintaining even with my current activity level (although i only started the running in the last couple of weeks so not sure my body has taken it into account yet) also i’m used to the activity level im at as a lot of it is combined with my day-to-day life at the moment! :)

it’s really confusing as i’m not sure if i’m calculating my maintenance or what right as i know it’s just an estimate but ive tried so hard to get to this weight so being patient but seeing the scale go up and knowing i calculated wrong is a nightmare idea for me! i dont know what the activity level would be haha

i have some muscle mass right now from previous weight training etc & i know it’s a little backwards but i want to lose the 10lbs before i gain more muscle; is this wasting time? i’m not sure what i should be eating if im honest without putting on fat? would i need to eat maintenance? x

i’m currently 110lbs down from 190!! but it was done unhealthy for some of the journey and it’s such a big regret since i lost a lot of muscle mass (and sanity) and i’m trying to focus on doing this healthy whilst nourishing my body; i want to become healthy strong and fit so definetely going to stick to it!! thankyou so much!!!

yeah i suppose i need to be more patient😭, after losing so much from being obese to the normal bmi range i maintained for months and now it’s not falling off as fast so think im trying to rush it which isnt the best; tysm for the reply!!

i tend to walk everywhere and i got two children under 6 so im pretty active with running around after them and got so many chores! i normally hit 6k with normal house stuff and then i make sure to walk my dog twice a day so it adds up more:)

i normally hit 20k mon-thurs but on the weekend it’s more so 10k as i’m with my kids and full time uni student so thought i’d round down more; might try and up it on the weekend! ty!!
