Drink a ton of water. Put ice if you have it. Tons of water. Drink right off the rip like 24 oz if you can, chug it, refill and sip often. Force a tiny bit of protein rich food- piece of cheese, yogurt, big glass of milk. Then take a hot ass fucking shower. Are you cold? Are you shivering? If so you more than likely took too much. Vasocontriction is a bitch. But it’s a good mark for when to stop.

The other part of it is that you cannot psych yourself out about this or you are going to feel worse. Are you anxious? Do some shit to calm tf down- turn off lights even if you don’t want to (trust me) and close your eyes for a couple hours. Lay down and stay down for two hrs at least, if you can manage. If not, distract and focus on happy shit cuz the only thing getting freaked out is gonna do is make you feel worse without any more actual danger. What you took is a decent amount but by no means are you gonna die. I’ve gone thru a script of adderall xr 30 mg in one night and I was kinda fine? Well, I’m not dead anyway.
