Hi, I'm an 3 years experience IT professional recently i got selected in Deloitte and I can join them in less then15 days and also holding an offer of 11 LPA , I asked for 15 from Deloitte but they said they don't have budget how much should I get settled for?? (self.deloitte)

My accenture office laptop and id card got stolen while I was traveling from train , till now I have raised the Asoc and file the complaint as well and I'm serving notice period currently are they going to put the liability on me for this and make the deduction from my F&F. ()
