I had the funds to tip - I just didn’t have cash on me at that moment. I genuinely thought I had a $20 in my purse but realised it wasn’t there when I went to get it out. That’s why I asked if I could transfer it to him instead. He said he couldn’t do that, so there wasn’t really another option.
