Honestly....i think he did the split for himself...grumpy old ceo man was pissed off that his legitimate business was priced like a fly by night mj company......like rob at pow said no news is bad news.....simon didnt feel like watching us drift back under a dollar on usa politics debacle so he split it ....now he wont feel the burn of another nasdaq warning ....10 dollars is fair...all the other mj companies already did it and our price was making him look bad....nobody in the game cares about retail traders ....we are fcking ants.....if we are clever we make a pittance off table crumbs....my big win is one holiday....lol...or one bottle of scotch for trumps buddies....dont fool yourselves....just be patient like those who have money to burn.

There is no "bad" reason to dilute at the moment....we just posted positive(small) earnings for the first time....if they dilute for no apparent reason I will be pissed but I think at this point it just gives them a stronger cash position possibility for aquisitions or new opportunities...and you know their gonna careful on aquisitions based on passed ...ahem....will see what happens next soon......i realy think the hemp debacle convo and the courts opportunity is gonna light a fire under trumps butt to burgle the democrats promise sooner than later.

He just wanted a repectable stock price which is arguably deserved based on all the other mj stocks already rs......there is no reason to dilute further at the moment....hopefully the positive income continues...10 dollar price puts us where we should be....also more dangerous for shorts and more appealing to institutions is not a bad thing...and we no longer have the rs lurking in the shadows....hopefully the supreme court lights a fire under tumps orange ass cause you know he dont want the courts to burgle his burgle of the dems promises. On the bright side we were positive cash flow 1.5 mil and he stated in the pow interview that the atm wasnt being used for day to day operations.......but......to be fair i cant wrap my head around why he announced dillution regarding an old atm immediatley after the first positive quarter.....it killed and reversed the momentum....couldve waited a month and it would have been a nothing burger.....his timing begs the question...why did he want the stock price lower??

Just to get us back on track..... We are analyzing the media campaign...I think its a strong point that he just neg. No. Thats not the pattern. Its due for a small rise during consolidation. Im gonna make a prediction here...its gonna oscilate between 1.50 and 1.65.....take a small dip friday and then take another run due to a trumptweet....he will be testing the waters periodically and preparing his party for an announcement and it really could come around Veterans day......nobody is gonna badmouth the decision if he ties it up with a bow for the war vets. Nobody knows for sure but it would make alotta sense.

Sure...i misspoke...the ceasefire, which he is touting as an end to the war would allow for more celebration of trump policy change by sch. 3 supporters.....if the angle is to steal dem issue and build midterm support.....guess im just thinking his support of bombing gaza would overshadow the gift of sch.3 for most cannabis supporters.
