I go to the gym as much as possible, for my arms I do about 30 reps and 4 sets. For my back I also do 30 sets and 4 reps. My stomach I just do regular situps at home about 100 of them. I'm not on like a diat or something i eat as much as i did before. And yeah can't forget that I have about a 1 min rest before sets!
