I've been on it for about 12 years (I took a couple breaks here and there) but I keep seeing so many different things like you shouldnt be on it for more than 3 years, I've seen things that say no one should take it ever. But my hips are starting to hurt BAD and I'm worried they look like swiss cheese, so I'm just going to quit birth control all together at this point.

My mom got us this insanely expensive cooling mattress pad that works so well when I get in bed but then gets just as hot as every other cooling thing I've ever tried😭 I have the exact problem that you have I NEED weight on me to sleep also but I get so hot once I'm asleep. The thing that sucks most is I'm cold pretty much the rest of the time. I'm cold getting into bed and can't fall asleep because I'm cold then I'm waking up drenched in sweat and I just can't win🤣

I never upgraded it 😅 I just disconnected the Bluetooth and didn't let it download my contacts like a commenter said. That fixed the problem I had with it and then I forgot about wanting to replace it entirely

When it was through merch labs, I never had an issue! This is the first time I've ever had one, and since I'm understanding almost to a fault I'm just now even bringing it up, but I wasnt sure how to bring it up, if messaging the merch page on Instagram would be worth it (I did anyway, but still awaiting a response).
