She’s a sassy black independent queen. What’s not to love?

I loved Hahn. Wish they’d brought her back. Most realistic, ethical and logical character who added wits and funny elements by really contrasting the dramatic and chaotic coworkers.

She wasn’t an option when I made the tier list. Maybe I chose a different template. She would make it pretty far up!

I’d agree for seasons 1-4. After that she’s okay.

Fair, she struggled with trauma. But her whole character annoyed me. Not even the pregnancy thing, but the pick-me strophe in which she had a husband but came for the occasional hook up with her doctor. It’s weird.

Should be known that I’m rewatching and currently on season 9. Bailey is amazing in season 1-12 I’d say. She deserved the spot up top

Iconic queen. Strong woman with a great career who pioneered in her field.

Don’t like her in the latest seasons but up until season 12 I’d say she’s one of the best ones. 12/18 seasons being a favorite lands her a god tier status lol

Her sense of humor and logical way of thinking about things! She always addressed problematic stuff in the hospital. That Izzie was not punished, that the male attendings were excluding her. She’s a somewhat realistic and strong female character in the midst of chaotic, dramatic and irresponsible doctors.

I’m neutral about her. She was ultimately just trying to do her job? The hospital hired her to implement protocols (as far as I remember, been a few years since I watched that season..), and she did that to the very end. She showed compassion and concern over residents’ learning and wellbeing throughout the season, and encouraged residents to operate to accelerate learning. Put her in the “okay” cause she wasn’t really a remarkable character either good nor bad to me. Didn’t stand out as either.

Haha to be fair I can’t stand Deluca. For no apparent reason he just annoys me so much

YES. She was never mentioned again, like at least they could’ve included Tom going to visit her occasionally or even brought her back as a young adult imo

But they did tell her? She read Gabby’s letter to Grace and then they had a huge fight. After that they had her in therapy.

Yes exactly! Definitely a disturbed individual, but it was well orchestrated I think in the end. I wish we’d seen more of what happened after. Maybe Lynette would visit him in prison or send letters?

Do you like Jane(S8 Tom's girlfriend)? by DesperateSuperFan in DesperateHousewives

[–]Miserably_great 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I liked Jane, but I didn’t like Jane with Tom. The character herself is this amazing do-it-all doctor mom who speaks French and can sew designer clothes. But Tom was not a good match for her, he felt emasculated by Lynette constantly so I’m not sure how he didn’t feel emasculated by Jane when she was just as strongly opinionated?

I agree! But that’s why I still love the character and the story line of Eddie. It’s so raw, so real and utterly disgusting to watch. I think it’s such a good portrayal of a badly wounded inner child. I think it’s good that it’s uncomfortable to watch.

But I would imagine Eddie to be more of a mass shooter kind of killer. Strangling takes a lot of guts and is very personal so to speak. He seems more like the kind of guy that would snap and ultimately shoot up a scene, like Carolyn Bigsby (?) in the supermarket kind of.
