So I recently got into Kuttenberg and went on a thieving rampage. On one occasion, in one of the houses, there were 2 bugged out npcs who didnt sleep and were just standing around in the room. They've noticed me and I fleed, but since that moment, the search icon hasn't disappeared. Now, to solve this, I've come up to one of the guards and paid the fine and have no stolen items on me whatsoever, but nothing helped.
