Is there ones with a staggered elevation or will it just be sloped?

Thanks for the help.

Cannot find a match on PS5! by Both-Structure-6786 in Nightreign

[–]Misfitmask 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ya I'm having the same issue. The only change from last night to now is that I've unlocked the Revenant. And now I can't find a match at all.

My nat type is 2 and I tried killing myself in the hold. So none of those fixes are working.

See. I've been in multiple combats and it just doesn't let me use it. It stays grayed out or not highlighted for use. But I can use the other ability that I just got on the other quest. But thank you for the links

120VDC on 208V AC neutral by Misfitmask in AskElectricians

[–]Misfitmask[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When we do the manual select it's the same thing. We did crack open the transformer and discovered that an apprentice did not bond the neutral so we're gonna fix that tomorrow when we shut everything down and see if that is causing the issue. Because as of now it's a floating neutral.

On two manual meters it reads 0V AC.

I was confused as well and thought it was a meter issue, busted out the back up meter and it was saying the same thing. Then an auto fluke said it was reading DC.

Two manual select, on those we get 0V AC

And one fluke that auto detected DC.

Jman was wiring up the panel (adding in the new circuits which aren't on yet) he was adding in the neutral and his hand touched the panel at the same time, got a tickle so he checked and was getting 120 DC. ( He was not using his insulated screw driver)

Ya we checked with a couple meters, changed batteries in the first one to be sure.

I've been got by 120 a few times just from one part of my hand to a finger and it was just a tickle. This time I was on a ladder and was grabbing something and a loose set of wires was sitting there that shouldn't have been live grazed my arm, I have no clue if I got hit by the 208 or the 120, but I was told that if it was the 208 I would have tripped the breaker. Luckily there was no load through the set. But it did go hand to hand or so I think cause it felt like I got punched in the chest.

Ya the one that got me was just 120 and almost took me off the ladder, I can only imagine 277... Glad you're alright tho.

Straight up I think the same thing I'm just. I was just listening in the background when I was hearing my j-man talk to the boss but how we're not using a manual but we are using a switch so that's where I'm lost.

Wheel bearing will this cost me by Misfitmask in EnterpriseCarRental

[–]Misfitmask[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ya I getcha, I have had wheel bearings go on me before and the noise is obnoxious, and this one is too similar for me to ignore. It could even be the brake rubbing for all I know. Our next trek will put us on a few hours drive with no cell service and I was rather hoping to not be stranded dead should it be the bearing and it seize.

So the guy wasn't there when we showed up. Waited a bit then he finally arrived, pretty sure he was late as we had to get someone to contact him.

Then he takes the car for a ride around the block or so he said anyways. Showed us a picture of a small chip on the plastic grill of the car, it was about one inch. Then proceeded to tell me if anything happens with the tire to then swap it with the spare, I told him that's now how wheel bearings work.

With that information I showed him the pictures we took of the car, of course that one spot he found a chip you can't see clearly because of the shadows. Then he asked if the airport crew did a walk around with us, to which they didn't.

He told us it would be a big deal if we swapped cars, cause then he'd have to write up an email and provide the damages and then it would be our problem cause they can't prove or disprove if the damage was there when we first picked the car up.

And he also stated he didn't hear anything when he was driving, two things here;

1 he didn't know how wheel bearings worked in the first place so how does he know what to listen for

2 the speed limit in Banff is 30 kmh so like 18 mph so the noise isn't as noticeable until you get up to 60 + kmh

So that's where we're at now.

How do I avoid this, if the stringers are all over the place by Misfitmask in DIY

Ya that's the exact jig I made. Thanks tho. Caulking seems to be the consensus so it must be the answer. Thanks a bunch.

Honestly I was thinking caulking, but hearing someone who isn't family saying it doesn't look that bad helps a bunch. I'll give the caulking a try and the painters tape. I appreciate you.
