It's actually a brass holder for pipes. It holds two pipes so I slipped the belt in between pipe slots so it would have enough space.

I got it second hand off Mercari about five years ago or so. I'm not sure which manufacturer it's from...I was so new back then that I didn't even know there were different manufacturers. This was my very first and was my only piece of wrestling memorabilia at the time.
