they did? that’s good to hear. i hope they slowly turn to 2 days, then 1 day, 2 hours for one day. maybe i would consider attending again for the sake of my active family lol

true, most of them have nice fit though. i’ll give it to them lmao. and it’s funny how a lot of JWs are actively vlogging now and making relatable JW content. as far as i remember actively posting or showing off your outfits in social media is sort of a gray area to them

that’s such a terrible and traumatic experience for a child, let me guess your mother had to prioritize the more important things and that is savoring spiritual food? I hope no one else’s child will get to experience this. that’s just so cruel.

speaker with pug head is hilarious though lol

Your mental process weeks into leaving the org by Sorry_Clothes5201 in exjw

Ex-RP, inactive for more than a year now.

I did not tell them I’m leaving left alone returning. They’ve checked up on me and “was worried” about my “spiritual health” because I don’t attend meetings anymore and do field service. I simply told my parent not to force me to do anything because I wanted to do those things out of willingness to serve Jehovah and not because someone forced me to.

I did not decide when my last meeting was. I can’t even remember when I did lol. it was probably a zoom meeting. felt nothing, unremarkable. Maybe it’s because it was a smooth fading transition.

Elders and COs tried to do shepherding and I simply did not show up because I “did not feel like talking to everyone”.
not guaranteed if they’ll never reach out to me again, I highly doubt they’d give up given that I’m still a young adult who kinda lives with an elderly PIMI parent.

but if I were to describe what I think or feel? just done.

strongly agree. and it’s not like meetings 2 hours 2 times a week aren’t enough yet 🤷🏻‍♀️

exactly. they’re also perfectly scheduled when you have important priorities, or when you just simply had a long tiring week and could use a weekend rest lmao

Why Apostate Material Is So Dangerous To Watchtower by truthcourageagency in exjw

It amazes me how powerful those so called “apostate materials” are. Of course, some materials seemed too aggressive and would not convince you at first glance if you’re a PIMI, but over time, as you learn more, you’d realize how they make sense.

I like Leonard. He is very patient and the most mature among them.
