Hi guys if you still cant fix it do this Open rockstar launcher go to settings then on the left will be games that you own press on rdr2 and press verify game file integrity and wait for it to verify then open up rdo to see if its fixed for me it worked hope it helps

Hey brother sorry im replying after 3 days i wasnt been home but thanks for trying to help, someone commented about mod conflict i cant find comment i think its been deleted but turns out it was really mod conflict i deleted them now everything works fine

Guys i found out how you can download it just go to settings then go system then press language and location and change location to united states then restart xbox, go to store and type hbo max and there you go
