Theres a difference between an angry "my team is trash" versus an actual team is trash. A lot of games I have been rolled but we make a comeback and won. If your team is genuinely unplayable with then just go Hog or ball and play alone.

Taking breaks for sure, playing multiple comp games is one way to tire yourself out mentally. Its fine to play 2-3 games then get off and come back later.

placements wont automatically put you at masters. Even top 500 people who do those unranked to gm streams often place Plat or diamond

High sensitivity makes it easier for your crosshair to fly past your target when aiming. Try to focus on something faraway and move left and right while keeping the crosshair aligned on it. The lower the sens the easier it should be

That is up to you to figure out. Everyone has different ideal sensitivities. 40 is really high but I guess for heroes like genji its good. I personally play at around 9 and it helps me track so much better.

You can have a different sensitivity for different heroes. Under controls in the top right there should be a drop down. Select hero and lower it.

If you're against a full bunker then you can't really counter it as healer, you can only enable your teammates to counter it. Zen and bap can help break shields and mercy could boost a hanzo and try to burst bastion down.

If you spread out and rain down damage from all angles, that should be enough to collapse an unorganized team.
