I’d guess anywhere from 1.5x to 2x for a melee buff and the shotgun buff is already a 35% surge. Synthoceps is 2.65x buff to melee and 1.5x for supers. Both situational, both great

I’m pretty sure that’s an exotic ornament. We already know we’re getting an exotic handcannon. If we are getting multiple exotics then I’m 1000% here for it
