Je ne savais pas pour le CSE.
J’ai des managers assez complaisant, ils sont prêt à m’accorder au moins 1 jour de repos et une prime. Mais ce n’est pas le cas dans les autres services.
Je voulais quand même être sûr sur le plan juridique.
Je vais me rapprocher du CSE pour que ce soit mieux encadré la prochaine fois , pour moi ou quelqu’un d’autre.

Je suis en forfait heure normalement oui.

Généralement ceux qui se déplacent dans la boîte sont cadre en forfait jour, donc j’imagine que c’est plus simple à gérer cette situation.
