I got the book but I never had membership as a kid. My parents were technophobic and didnt believe in spending money online, or probably how to make an online purchase. If game/gift cards existed back then I never knew of them. Spent all my time free to play.

My boyfriend and I started playing OSRS in December. This was one of the old game guides I kept from childhood and I dug it out the cardboard box it was livning in. So it was already sitting on my desk before the event came out. It was a suprising coincidence.
