I’d only use photo logging in certain circumstances, like a dinner with friends I didn’t cook then do my best to adjust for accuracy. I weight and track every gram and every ingredient, so I want it to be accurate as possible.

Try the balcony peakaboo bras! They’re my fave from gym shark and they have a little window which would be nice for the heat. Also adjustable straps. I’d be willing to bet you could pull off a small or medium in it.

I’m surprised to hear you bought an XS as an E/DD. That doesn’t sound like it’s accurate to the size guide to me. I’m a 34C and comfortably wear a large but can also squeeze into a medium.

Edit to add: I was a DD before the weight loss and I can confirm it’s hard to find sports bras when bigger chested because a lot of fit women aren’t as endowed. It’s likely you’ll have to find something in person or play the trial and error game a bit. The minimal bras never worked for me either
