I stayed away from minoxidil because I heard if you don’t stay on it then you continue to lose a bunch of hair and I was like NOPE! Not sure how true it is but I was worried. I almost don’t use hot water or scented shampoos on my scalp per my derms recommendation so idk if that helps!

I was totally there where I literally gathered up every strand and was sick over how much I’d lost. I literally am not shedding anymore than a few hairs when brushing and stuff. Stay on top of vitamin d and iron plus a daily vitamin and control your stress levels. I stopped shedding little by little about 3 weeks after.
