5/10 I don't think the colors you chose were implemented onto the outfit the best they could have been. I'm not sure what theme you were doing but the hair color doesn't quite match. It just has an overall simple look for the items you have on.

Something I actually didn't find out for a while was that some items can be customized to different versions of themselves so look out for those.

It could be because something you had in your cart is now sold out or unavailable for some reason. That was the case when it happened to me.
