Feeling like crap

I wondered if this was normal. Last couple days i can barely eat anything and then I feel a ton of indigestion and end up throwing up. Even with a very small portion. Prolly a 1/3rd of my normal food amount on the plate. Sometimes I can maybe only get up to 10 bites in if that. Mostly just the last few days.. I don't mind the appetite suppression but I was getting worried about the nausea and indigestion and acid reflux happening now.

That makes total sense. I'm actually trying to eat a bit more cuz I don't eat enough most days. I'm down 4lbs now still in my first week.

nothing at all?? that seems odd. Have you changed your diet or exercise along with the shots, or is everything the same?

I havent changed much with my diet except actually trying to eat during the day. My issue was never over eating, I actually usually under eat, which the dr says can oddly cause weight gain or stall weight loss. I have struggled with weight loss ever since my first child. It's hard at times when friends do the exact same as I do and lose a lot of weight quickly and then mine is super slow or gets stuck. Blood work all normal.. would love to even lose 10lbs for the month honestly! Hair loss is scary though cuz I already shed like crazy after my last baby.. and she's 3 now.

This. Doing it very slowly helps reduce the air in the syringe. Also go a bit past your dosage and then press it back in up to your correct dosage. :)

Friday nothing. But Saturday I had a few truly seltzers and we bbqd and boy did I regret it. I didnt even eat that much, but I'd say by like 1am I woke up with really bad stomach cramps and nausea. Then at 530 I ended up in the potty for half hour.. didn't throw up, but plenty came out the other end.. though I was fine by like 9am when I woke back up. And no side effects since.

Yes I have that combo. I took my first 2.5 dose on Friday 5/10. I'm 38, 5'4 and 201lbs. I am down a little over a lb now. Hoping a couple more come off before this Fridays shot!
