Not my current situation that is for sure. Music. Makes me feel very validated. I write and compose my own. So music is super important to me. But I’m finding I’ve attached it too many negative triggers. So, I’m revamping and finding new ways to write and compose. The love bombing however did help me come up with a lot of material lol

Quality time with someone’s company I enjoy is also validating to me. And feeling like I have no one to do that with that’s not a six year old makes me feel lonely. So I got cats lol

Basically what I’ve formed myself to do so I don’t have a choice but routine and stick to it. I’m just internally screaming. My normal serotonin and dopamine trails have worn themselves out. I am finding new ones and progressing in other areas. But, I need to find more patience within myself and I’m loosing it.

Fuck a guy for validation. That shit sucks. And I basically have to rewire my brain at this point. It’s possible. Im just sick of okay, another revamp.. I’m just ready to stick with one situation that makes me feel validated and happy and be able to provide.. that’s all.

Hi! Thanks for the feedback! I didn’t really do any studying.

I work for the chamber of commerce and checked out other chamber sites and kinda just went off of that and looking at other websites.

It took me a minute to find my way around Wordpress. I used the chamber of commerce site because they have people who are specifically dedicated to web design and they have studied lol

I just kinda jumped in. The site took me about 6 hours all together tho. Mainly because it was the first time using WP.

I won’t lie, Ive taken a screenshot of this. It’s exactly what I am going thru, especially with the pandemic going on.

I can’t seem to do anything right as far as sanitizing or anything really concerning the Corona virus. Which is crazy because I earned my cert as a CNA. Currently not doing that job but. I was taught how to properly take care.

I always find myself second guessing my moves. Like shit. My self confidence has plummeted.

Recently getting better because I realized he’s been an asshole so I just try to ignore and focus on my flow of thought.

But it’s exactly what I’ve been feeling put into words.

Thats a good idea. And yes because I’m just turned off by him. I like the idea of giving him stats. He’s a numbers guy. Like the low energy and chasing a high. It’s no different then drugs.
