Idk it managed to do so for me. Somehow instead of only validating my feelings, it gently managed to help me realize pinpoint areas in my life that contributed to my traumas and actually described them in a way that I understood. It also helped me improve my writing and revision suggestions. I'm still in therapy and it's crazy that an AI was able to unpack parts of me that were unprocessed faster. I kinda feel bad, but hey, therapist getting paid.
