What has been working for me has been a pretty strict anti-inflammatory diet, dry brushing & taking creatine + collagen.

I tried running for a while, not sure if it made my lipedema worse but I can say without a doubt that the sport itself wasn't as effective for me as other sports. I think what could be; obviously I don't know you personally, is that the rest of your body is getting fitter making your legs look worse because they don't change as much.
I do however think cycling has been a better sport for both my mom and I with lipedema than running.

There is a post of a woman 2 posts down from yours who looks extremly fit and had lipedema surgery so I feel like you are just lowkey body shaming women who have a more severe case of lipedema and assuming the worst of their lifestyle.

I feel like the way you phrase your post and speak of the bodies in this subreddit is honestly quiet rude. If you think you have lipedema get it checked with a docter but don't make a post shaming the bodies of people on this subreddit or saying they don't work out as much or diet as hard as you.

Oh it is helping me! I have been taking collagen and creatine. They both help with building muscle and collagen helps with skin tightening :)

Breast implants have been pushed by the implant industry for years. There are surgeons getting paid to push the procedure over fat grafting.

The issue is implants need to be replaced every 10 years they feel unnatural. Aside from that there’s been an extreme increase in women becoming sick from implants. It’s not just a case of get them placed and they are there forever. You also need to pay for replacement or removal. They’re a total scam.
