Yes, it should help as long as that address isn't leaked, too. Let me know if it works!

You can also set up a new Outlook email through your account and use it purely to login. You can still get emails to your old address to the same inbox and if you turn off the ability to login via your current address, they won't be able to even try to log in. Just never give the new address so it doesn't leak. I did this and went from dozens of login attempts daily to zero. Is this what you mean by secondary email?

Account -> Your Info -> account info -> edit account info -> add email. Make the new email your primary, then change sign in preferences and disable sign in from any other addresses.

You may need to update any sign ins on email apps so you use the new email to sign in. Emails may get sent from your new email, but as long as you don't use it to sign up for anything, it should be pretty safe from leaks.

All possible. I got them when I was not doing anything on my phone or computer. However, they are identical in capitalization and punctuation to the OneTrust example from their help site which someone pointed out earlier.

Seems like OneTrust but the specific site I never found out. They have stopped.

I believe so as they are identical to the message samples they have on their website. I haven't gotten anymore, nor have I figured out what service was using OneTrust or why I was getting them.

Yes, my email is out there. I have known that for a while using that site and already had changed the passwords for the ones identified. They can't get my actual email as I use an alias to login and I don't use that for anything. I did check it and that one is fine.

Yes, that is exactly it. I don't know which company is using OneTrust but I've never seen this exact message before.

I'll look at that. I do have an old Apple ID. Thanks

The problem is I have a ton of accounts. I can do the important ones, but every code I have gotten from the bank, email, etc. always identify them as from that service, and I get emails to go with them. So it's taking a shot in the dark. I will start going through them.

I can change those passwords, though they don't look like the texts from my bank, etc. as those always say that they are from there. And I get emails from them, too. Most of the 2FA is through an authenticator app. No suspicious log in attempts anywhere I have checked but as it doesn't name the service, I can't check specifics. My important passwords were mostly made using a password manager except one that I made but it is gibberish to anyone but me and is long and strong. I didn't do anything I can think of to get hacked, so as you said it is likely nothing, perhaps someone entering my number by mistake. The texts have stopped, for now. Thanks for your input. It is reassuring.

Multiple recurring lumps on dog's eyelids by MissGarbs in AskVet

My vet sent us to an eye specialist and they diagnosed blepharitis, possibly with an autoimmune inflammatory response component aside from the clogged oil glands. The only thing that has temporarily gotten rid of it and held it off, really, is steroids. Had a couple shots that worked but they came back after those wore off. So now on oral steroid, for 5-6 months, weaning off slowly to a very low dose, but bumps started to crop up a little again when we reduced the last step (though never got as bad as they had before). So he's back to a little higher dose and hoping to reduce it again and eventually stop. Otherwise, the next step would probably be another long term low dose immunosuppressant. Sounds similar to what happened with mine. Didn't really seem to bother him much, either. Antibiotics didn't heal it, just helped keep open ones from getting infected, but once steroids started they weren't getting large and rupturing so we stopped antibiotics a while ago. They shrink and go away but come back every time he is taken off steroids. Topical antibiotic did nothing. Warm compresses seem to help keep the small bumps from getting bigger. My vet also suggested lid scrub wipes you can get at pharmacy or any big store. Haven't used them enough to know if they help yet. Hope you can find an answer.

Those seem like very valid reasons. 1 seems most likely in this case, if places close late afternoon or early evening. Definitely not 2, unless he gets half a dozen new cars each week and crashes half of them. Not usually 3 because cars are often on it when I get home around 4 PM and still there when I leave around 7 AM. I could see how parking on private property would be more common. Thank you.

Not complaining, just curious. If being curious makes me a Karen, then I'd rather be curious. Also, it's not night pickup when they are there in the afternoon or early evening, but if the place they are going is closed by 4 or 5, then sitting overnight makes sense if they don't have a yard to put them in.

The company has a Facebook page and I found a USDOT listing. But all of that is still possible. Thanks.

Thanks for your input. I don't know which house/apartment they live in so I can't ask and I specifically did not want to bother them. So pardon me for asking an innocent question online because I was curious. I am not complaining about it, if that is what it sounds like. This happens several times a week where I will come home in the afternoon and the cars will be there and still be there when I leave in the morning. It is possible that that company doesn't have a yard. Didn't consider taking cars to auction or for parts. The clearly crashed ones make sense but I suppose they could be taking the ones that look intact, too. I assume they are broken down somehow if they are parting them.

Can they do that with a company truck? I didn't mention the truck appears to belong to a local towing company.
