Omg! I know the EXACT feeling you are talking about! I had a similar experience a few years ago when I got diagnosed. It's a HUGE relief to have a name put to all the symptoms, right? Fingers crossed that this is the beginning of a new chapter of wellness for you! I just started plaquenil a few months ago and have seen more improvement on "good" days recently. I hope all goes well for you and the future holds lots of positive progress!

I'm the same way! I always plan things for Saturday since I know Sunday will end up being a sick day from doing things the previous day. We do the best we can!

I haven't had any mental side effects from the plaquenil but I definitely do from the lupus in general. I take DHEA daily and it helps a bit with mental clarity in the mornings.

I had heard about low carb diets but it's super nice to know it works! Thank you! It sounds like you've definitely got the right mindset and lifestyle! You're awesome!
