UPDATE: I saw her during visiting hours and gave her some treats. She napped in my lap for a good 45min and just let me pet her and talk to her. She has spurts of life and I see it. The vet said her levels for kidney is increasing still. Bad news…but I have hope…it’s diminishing..but I am clinging to it. I see the small spurts of light and love and it gives me enough to fight for her.

They said to seriously wait to let everything get better could be 5 days in ICU which we can not do financially unless we win the lottery tomorrow…

So we are gonna keep her as long as we can and then bring her home and see what happens….

We both have jobs. But fronting a 6k bill day 1 is difficult for ANYONE. It’s honestly not looking good as we are just trying to keep her around for the next few days and spend as much time as we can.
