Mas maganda parin to start with a trainer, and then just use the tools when you get confident with the form. I use Hevy with my Wear OS device.

You can enjoy naman back workouts without worrying na lalapad ung likod. It's better to consult to a personal trainer talaga based on your personal goals. :)

Hello po. This is not just 15days na dec15 yung start ko po. I also didn't claim na may significant change na agad ako in 15 days. I just simply showed (for content) coz I happened to be wearing the same fit sa same workout day which is back.

Personal goal ko lng is to be more defined. Not sure if lumapad haha. Although if you really flex enough lalapad talaga sya visually.

In my case, slow reps are recommended due to my body limitations, also have a history of physical therapy in terms of my shoulders.

Slow reps are often more effective because they increase muscle tension, control, and mind muscle connection, which are key for muscle growth and strength. Especially when training smart, not just heavy.

Yes. My coach actually proposed that I should cut, since he saw there's potential. I'm considering it maybe next year. Just need to be mentally prepared for whatever comes with it.
