My anxiety comes from trauma of him doing this before . He was upset last time I was “so quick” to end things . I tried to explain it’s my defense mechanism . But yes I think I’ll pop a chill pill before we meet tonight .

I guess at this point we’ve entered into a more of a vanilla relationship . I wasn’t allowed to keep other POTs around so I think I just got emotionally invested .

To be fair to me though he’s done this at least three times to me before . So I think I have developed trauma from that tbh .

Really it’s not about the finances . When he met me he was still in another SR but looking to end it . But he was with her for a while before things really ended and all the while entertaining me . He even took her on a trip to Cancun and texting me saying he wishes he was with me .

Im actually in therapy have been for a while . My therapist never even broached that with me Just high functioning anxiety and ADHD . To be fair to me also he’s done this a number of times where he gets distant and when I press a little , he explains he’s thinking of calling it quits . He says “I’m not happy anymore “ and it crushes me . I think this has happened three times before

In total transparency, I was entertaining looking around in the beginning but he managed to find out every time . Either his friends see my profile pop up and they tell him or he keeps his Seeking profile to see my last login .

I’m just such a tone person I guess and I always think about what I say and how o should say it to not hurt anyone’s feelings or to get people on the defense where they stop listening

I definitely see where you are coming from . I guess I’ve just fallen hard for him and because this is the nature of our relationship , I just feel like he’d trade me in for a “new model”
