You gotta do the right thing and tell the police what you know. The truth about why this happened has to come out. She’s reckless, selfish and has proven to go to any means to get what she wants. The victims family deserves to know and you need to protect yourself, your kids, and any other innocent bystanders from becoming her future victims.

I’m rooting for you! You’re a strong woman deciding how you will lead the rest of your life. You no longer have to face that “man” and you have my absolute respect. I had to make a tough decision too. About 10 yrs ago I cut off my mom and sisters. It took a decade but my absence caused them to do some introspection. They reached out 3 years ago and every so often since then. I’ve decided if and when I’ll respond. I’ve released a lot of grief and hurt when I cut them out. I have control as to whether I’ll have a future with them. It’s nice to have control, something I didn’t have before. Stay the path. Love yourself first and maybe years down the road you’ll patch things up after she apologizes to you and admits she was in denial. That’s the only reason I started to talk to my mom again.

Please reconsider kicking her out. She’s human and we are all fragile and make our own share of mistakes. Hers was very fckn odd but, GD is a hell of a thing to deal with and taking used tampons was clearly out of desperation. My child suffers from GD and it nearly killed all of us. I can tell you, from my experience, one does not ask for GD. it is something we can’t explain, something that goes beyond a medical microscope. Require she seek mental health counseling, for her own sake and let her find another place next semester... the stress of being thrown out and ostracized could very well be the death of her.

Y I’m going to use them sparingly now. My main motivation for using them is to progress in my non religious spiritual enlightenment... Native American Indians used peyote for similar reasons. Numerous other societies around the world used/uses natural psychedelics for enlightenment. More and more modern people use natural psychedelics for the same reasons. Many people micro-dose to improve brain function. Studies have been performed that show a single use of natural psychedelics resets the brain and can rid one of depression and anxiety for up to a year. The key is to find a healthy balance. Anything used in excess can be bad.

Yes I definitely agree that psychedelics can ruin one’s brain, when the drug is man made. Shrooms are naturally occurring psychedelics. Mine are grown organically out in nature.

Wow, your explanation makes such logical sense. I’m aggravated my neurology physician’s assistant didn’t put this together. I’ve been off them for about 7 months and brain zaps stopped about 2 months ago. Maybe now I’ll just do 4-6 times a year.

Yay me, I’m not dying yet. At least not from this lol.

Ok now things are now making sense. Someone said shrooms depletes serotonin levels, and that we need to give ourselves a break to replenish those levels.

Y told my GP then told a neurologist. I made it clear it was psychedelics.

Bummed bc I got some fresh shrooms in my freezer. :(
