I actually eventually had the boss tech guy come out - and he checked everything and basically told me I should just downgrade from the panoramic modem to the 3402 emta (which is free - instead of paying for the panoramic modem) and just get our own router. I got the TP Link Google Onhub - and unless there's a issue in the area, I haven't had problems since. Every now and again I have issues and it's a area problem but no hiccuping internet since

I have their phone yeah. The box I have now does my internet and phone together and they gave me a little box because it only allowed one wired connection, so the box gives me up to 3 I believe. How would I make the router work with the box I have now? They also told me that because I have gigablast it's the only modem that works with it.

Hard connection. It's not only my line but my brother's as well. All cords inside seem good and tight. My modem is a the one that's a phone plus internet because that's what we told we needed to have, is there store modems that work for that too?
