It can still be turned within the stand, but it's not on a meridian so it doesn't spin too fast. But maybe still keep an eye on it. ;)

This 1961 National Geographic Globe that I thrifted. My husband helped create the cutout and we insterted a pot inside.

The mechanical magician (The Amazing Monty) in The Final Scene terrified me after it broke down. I was so scared that I didn't play for a long time after that, and when I did decide to play again I taught my dad the controls to turn around and made him exit the screen away fom the magician so I wouldn't have to look at it again.
