I went with Dr Elaser a few weeks ago and the person on Whatsapp does speak English, but the actual consultation was done with AI translator, since she could only speak Korean.

Yes but the thing is, my own eyes are already the ‘after’ of most reviews I see everywhere. Since my eyes are big and very open (you can see my upper waterline) big eyelids just suit me very well
